At Ashbourne Windows we not only have the knowledge and expertise to repair your conservatory - we are also able to offer a comprehensive over-haul service to restore your conservatory to that "just installed" look.
All our cleaning is by hand as we appreciate that commonly used water-fed pole systems are simply not able to reach all aspects of certain styles of conservatory roof. In addition such systems are not - in our experience - effective for cleaning intricate crestings or removing ingrained dirt which may have built up over several years on the decorative cresting.
What’s included?
Clean out all guttering around the conservatory - including any boxed or valley gutters - and checking that downpipes drain freely.
Clean the cresting, finials, ridge, glazing bar cappings, end closure, end caps & guttering.
Clean all roof panels - whether glass or polycarbonate - to a gleaming finish - Clean all window and door frames inside and out - check and repair/ replace all seals - adjust and service all doors and windows - remove trapped moisture from all sealed units - check brickwork and point-up any cracks etc.
By allowing us to carry out one of our extensive Over-Haul services on your conservatory you are not only removing the bedded in dirt and grime that has built up on the product over the years but you are also carrying out a major service that will ensure the Conservatory’s working parts and sealed units last longer.
It is not true that uPVC is maintenance free, if the plastic is left for too long with ingrained dirt and grime it will start to discolour the profile and make it very difficult to remove, also all the mechanical parts of the building such as hinges and locks benefit from regular lubrication and dust removal.
